Gracing stages across the world Imaani’s live career is impressive. She has performed in numerous prestigious venues such as Tokyo’s famous Blue Note club, Switzerland’s Montreaux Jazz Festival and New York’s The Filmore. She has performed on television, in the studio, and live with artists including Nile Rodgers, Chaka Khan, Maceo Parker, Philip Bailey, Jimmy Cliff, UB40, Gloria Gaynor, Incognito, Betty Wright, Omar, Mica Paris, Stephen Marley, Julian Marley, Leon Ware and Aswad.

Imaani has also had British chart success with Tru Faith & Dub Conspiracy’s ‘Freak Like Me’ and has featured on nine singles for
dance outfit Copyright with tracks including anthems like ‘Wizeman’ and ‘Nobody’. Her tracks with The Layabouts, ‘Fearless’; and ‘Too Late’ feature on their album ‘Future Retro’. Both of her solo house music singles, ‘Found My Light’; and ‘Live Without Love’ placed No.1 Traxsource download chart.


Keys/Bass Player



James started his music career working in the studio behind the scenes with many of the UK’s biggest house DJs in the 90’s. Since then, has been writing and producing music for over 20 years and is one of the UK’s most respected and successful mixers.


Since 1997 Gunther has been quickly establishing himself in the local music scene in London. In 2004 he joined the Ray Gelato Giants, a 7-piece band, and has since performed with them extensively around the UK and all over the world. Since 2015 he has been working with Ray in a second group called Ray Gelato & The Enforcers, a quartet collaboration with 2 top class musicians from Barcelona on bass and drums.

Pete Whitfield

Pete studied violin and composition at the Royal College of Music. A head immersed in pop, and a fascination for writing and arranging, have lead him to create string arrangements for the big names in music – Olly Murs, Robbie Williams, One Direction, Mabel, Jonas Blue, Tom Jones, Boy George and many more. Pete lives in the blue half of Manchester.
